What in the name of christ-pipe is 'The Twerp'?

It's a fucking paper, you cretin. Can you not see this with your peeping tools? It is, that said, but a pale imitation of the real thing over at the thetwerp.com.

The twerp has existed for a thruppence of years now, with something of a dry period after we lost everything in a crash. However, with a redesign that's as close to the original as possible, we sally forth with new twaticisms and hope to do so until we die.
